The Struggles of Being a Foodie

From gorging on my mother's breast milk to eating cake before they were cut, I have been a shameless eater and a food lover. They say, as you practice, so you recognize, excel and improve. From typical North Indian Rajmah-Chawal to the eastern Jagannath Mahaprasad, there's little in food that I fuss over. No wonder, I was born a physically healthy baby weighing roughly 4 kilograms. It didn't seem much of a hassle that time to love sweets and dream of being surrounded by nothing but chocolates. But, once I grew up, the standards of beauty and a good body changed. Starved, malnourished people were celebrated while people like me were relegated to the back. But, I couldn't stop loving food in all its glory. Once I had money, I began spending it on visiting new places and exploring their tastes as well as of my own. This blog is an attempt to make something out of the money and time I spend on tasting food in my city Bhubaneswar as well as others. See you!
